Responsibilities include translating the visionary's direction into clear priorities, ensuring a consistent, high-quality experience across all locations, and building and implementing scalable systems and processes. The role also involves coaching and developing leaders at all levels, establishing a strong operating rhythm, and using data to drive decision-making. Applicants for the Chief Operating Officer / Integrator position at the company should have a minimum of 4 years' of senior operational leadership experience, with a focus on P&L ownership and multi-location expansion. The role requires a leader who is people-oriented, process-minded, and can build and maintain high standards while being flexible enough to adapt to the evolving needs of the business. A background in the dental or medical industry, particularly in a mid-sized organization, is preferred, along with experience in revenue cycle management, regulation, compliance, and experience with the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS).
