Regional Sales Manager – East

About the Role Macrolux, a division of Stabilit America, is seeking a Regional Sales Manager – East to lead and execute sales strategies for our polycarbonate product line. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and building long-term customer and distributor relationships across the assigned territory. This is a high-impact, customer-facing role ideal for a proven sales professional with experience in building products, plastics, or related industries. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with company objectives Drive revenue growth through new business development and expansion of existing accounts Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and industry partners Deliver product presentations and training focused on Macrolux polycarbonate solutions Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and customer feedback Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and pipeline updates for management Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and goal alignment Travel regularly within the territory while adhering to company travel and expense policies Represent Macrolux at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings Key Challenges Competing effectively in a highly competitive market Consistently meeting or exceeding quarterly and annual sales targets Adapting sales strategies to evolving market conditions and customer needs Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred Proven success in regional or territory sales management Experience in building products, polycarbonate, plastics, or related industries Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills Ability to analyze sales data, forecast trends, and manage a sales pipeline Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) Working Conditions Frequent travel within the assigned region Periodic attendance at industry events and trade shows Flexible schedule to support customer and business needs Why Join Macrolux?
