SummaryFull-time position available (35 hours per week). Position start date: August 2026.Perform duties to assist teaching staff in instructing swim courses.Essential Job FunctionsSupervise locker rooms and monitor student behavior before, during, and after each class.Assist teaching staff with swimming instruction.Supervise pool activities as needed to ensure safe environment maintained.Perform other duties as assigned.Education/Certifications/QualificationsHold a current lifeguard, CPR and first aid certification (MV).Qualified candidates will hold a valid Educator License with Stipulations (PARA), Substitute License.Working Conditions: Office within a High School.Rate of pay and Benefits: Salary and benefits will be determined by the new Collective Bargaining Agreement, which is currently under negotiation. To establish a baseline, the current salary schedule and benefits, as outlined in current contract IPCA Agreement 2022-2026 , are available for review.Selection Procedure: Qualified candidates will be contacted by the appropriate building administrator.
