Our Lead Tax Reviewers are integral to our firm's success, serving as key points of contact for our clients and ensuring their needs are met with accuracy, efficiency, and professionalism. Job Summary: The Lead Tax Reviewer will be responsible for preparing, reviewing, and analyzing tax returns and identifying strategies to minimize clients' tax liabilities. You will leverage your Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Enrolled Agent (EA) credentials, along with your understanding of US tax law, to ensure the client's experience developing tax planning strategies is tailored for the client's best possible outcome. This role demands high-level tax knowledge, attention to detail, excellent written communication skills, and a solid understanding of US tax laws. Responsibilities: 1.    Ensure the client’s experience is the best!2.    Understand and adhere to the core values of our firm.3.    Respond to client emails within 24 hours (excluding weekends).4.    Demonstrate proficient knowledge of all tax forms/returns and effectively communicate these to clients.5.    Work at least 40 hours per week during peak tax seasons (for full-time lead reviewers).6.    Follow up with clients within one business day.7.    Effectively use every possible resource to resolve client issues promptly.8.    Document all client interactions and communications through email correspondence and TaxDome.9.    Identify and communicate opportunities to the client for additional savings, particularly during Phase 3 and Phase 7 of our Model 7 process.10. Maintain a high level of professionalism during all internal meetings; camera presence is mandatory.11. Coordinate with the dealmaker to ensure accurate completion of projects.12. Submit a weekly accountability report no later than every Monday by 4 p.m. CST.13. Video record return overviews for clients upon request.14. Have weekly check-in meetings with the assistant preparer to ensure accuracy in the data input. Qualifications: 1.    Must be either a Certified Public Accountant or an Enrolled Agent.2.    Minimum of five years of experience in tax preparation.3.    Strong understanding of US tax law.4.    Excellent note-taking and written communication skills.5.    Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.6.    Proficiency in using TaxDome or similar project management software is a plus. Core Values:1.    Super hungry2.    Humble3.    Burning desire for an abundant lifestyle4.    Fully present and inspired.5.    Self-driven6.    Revolutionist7.    Strong willingness to learn.8.    Burning desire to be the best9.    Grateful10. Being patient11. Genuinely excited12. Helpful
