We are looking for a Senior Account Manager to support a key global account across performance and social channels.This is a fast-paced, delivery-focused role where you'll combine strong client service fundamentals with a clear understanding of how social channels work in practice.Salary competitiveWorking hours Monday to Friday, 9am-5.30pmFree parkingHealthcare schemeEmployee wellbeing initiativesHybrid working – 3 days in the office 2 days at homeAs an Account Manager, you'll have the following duties and responsibilities:Act as the day-to-day contact for client stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and expectation managementBuild strong relationships by understanding client priorities, challenges, and ways of workingCoordinate organic and paid social activity, including influencer and creator managementOversee projects from brief to final delivery, keeping timelines, approvals, and workflows on trackCollaborate with creative, studio, digital, insight, and production teams to deliver socially relevant, on-brand workMaintain documentation, schedules, and status reports to keep everyone alignedSupport the Account Director with estimates, scopes, budgets, and financial trackingStay ahead of platform updates, emerging behaviours, and best practices to inform recommendationsWe're looking for an Account Manager with the following skills and experience:Extensive account management experience in a client-facing role within an agency settingSolid understanding of how social content is made, adapted, and delivered across channelsKnowledge of performance-driven social media marketing or digital marketingStrong organisational discipline and ability to manage multiple deadlinesExperience coordinating diverse teams to deliver for multiple stakeholdersConfidence in communicating social requirements clearly and without jargonCalm, solutions-focused approach in fast-moving situationsAttention to detail and pride in delivering high-quality output#J-18808-Ljbffr
