From managing staff and schedules to coordinating events and providing exceptional customer service, this is an incredible opportunity to make a positive impact on our customers' experiences.Establish and maintain positive and successful relations with venue B2B clientsEnsure proper staff scheduling are being completed and communicated on-timeChampion exceptional guest service and persuasive upselling tactics with front line staffManage complete and accurate reporting according to company policies and proceduresAnalyze daily sales activity and reports, creating action plans for continued growth for siteCoach and develop staff in both proper photo capture techniques and upselling sales tacticsEnsure staff follow venue safety rules and are working in a safe manner as per policy standardsFoster a constructive and collaborative atmosphere while upholding our fundamental values and policiesMaintain/oversee site cleanliness, employee uniform, and guest service delivery exceed company and location standardsMaintain a safe working environment, by reporting dangerous/suspicious items or persons to venue managementProtect company confidential data and ensure secure areas are always locked, this includes company computers containing sensitive data, safes and filing cabinetsAssist with all functions within a photo location in compliance with VENU+ policies and proceduresAssist in other tasks, duties, or projects as assigned by management #VENUPLUSHPQualificationsRequirementsHigh school diploma/GEDExcellent written and verbal/interpersonal communications skills1+ years of leadership experience in theme park, hospitality, retail management or another environment with a strong customer focus backgroundAbility to lead, motivate/mentor, communicate, and generally interact with people in a positive wayProfessional, energetic, and positive attitude with strong organizational and problem-solving skillsAbility to analyze results, plan, make good decisions, and take responsibilityAble to work in outdoor/indoor environmentsReliable transportation for travel within assigned regionWorking knowledge of computers and applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)Flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays
