Physical Therapist, Home Health, Greenville TX

Aurora Home Health is looking for experienced and caring PT to join our growing team to cover Greenville area. The right candidate has the following strengths, truly cares about assisting patients improve their physical health, good communication skills and is a solid team player. The Therapist is responsible for the assessment of referred patients that require rehabilitation services which includes; providing direct patient care to assess their medical condition, functional capabilities, limitations and restrictions and potential for rehabilitation. The Therapist will administer a treatment program with specific goals determined according to the patient's capacity and tolerance under the direction of the Physician. The Therapist will supervise Physical Therapist Assistants The Therapist must set realistic and achievable goals for their patients, document and record the patient's condition and educate patients and families in an appropriate physical therapy method. Requirements include: Must have graduated from an accredited school. Current TX license as a PT Current CPR certification. Home Health experience required. PRN and FT positions available.
