📍 Tampa | 🕒 Monday- Friday, 8am-4:30pm | 💼 Exempt | HybridBayCare is seeking a skilled and motivated Financial Analyst to join our Finance Division. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong foundation in finance or accounting who are ready to take on more complex responsibilities and grow into leadership.What You’ll Do In This RoleWork independently within your area of responsibility, with periodic interaction across all levels of managementConduct research on moderately complex financial and accounting topicsServe as the financial representative for moderately to highly complex clinical or business service linesPrepare and enhance processes for financial analysis, reporting, and general accountingFacilitate and analyze data for operating and capital budgets and forecastsPrepare and ensure accuracy of regulatory reportingEnsure compliance with capital asset management policiesCoordinate charge master servicesProvide excellent customer service while managing multiple tasksBegin developing leadership skills by participating in and leading low-to-moderate complexity projects within the Finance DivisionRequiredQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related fieldHigh-level understanding of EDW (Enterprise Data Warehouse) functionsStrong analytical, organizational, and communication skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentCPA certification (Preferred)Equal Opportunity Employer Veterans/Disabled
