What you'll doPrepare and serve high-quality espresso beverages, brewed coffee, teas, and specialty drinks according to recipes and standardsProvide exceptional customer service by greeting customers warmly, taking orders accurately, and addressing questions or concernsMaintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar, equipment, and customer areas throughout shiftsOperate espresso machines, grinders, brewers, and other equipment safely and efficientlyHandle cash and card transactions accurately using POS systemsWhat we're looking for1+ years of customer service experience preferredAbility to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidaysStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to quickly learn and adapt to new proceduresFood handler's permit (or ability to obtain within 30 days)Passion for coffee and commitment to quality
