Candidates should be able to handle all aspects of real estate, from title order through post-closing for buyer, seller and lender representation. Experienced applicants only. We will welcome you to our office and methods, etc. but need you to possess the skills and be ready to work independently from the start.ResponsibilitiesCommunicate with clients from intake to closingOrder title, MLC, Plot Plans, Mortgage PayoffsWork with Qualia software to prepare CD, ALTA, closing documentsSupport two real estate attorneysCoordinate transactional needs with lenders, towns, other sidePrepare title policies and distribute post-closing documents to lenders, buyers and sellersEnjoy being a team playerQualifications/SkillsMinimum 2 years of experience working in real estate conveyancing and handling all aspects of the transaction, including preparation of Settlement Statements in Qualia. Candidates must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail; able to work independently; and possess excellent communication skills.Preferred SkillsExperience with Qualia and Simplifile preferred.
