Fitness Center Coordinator
This position is not eligible for sponsorship and Paycom is unable to support an optional or curricular practical training (OPT/CPT) program. Paycom is interested in every qualified candidate who is eligible to work in the United States.This position supports HR leadership in administering operational tasks, duties and responsibilities related to employee fitness and recreation. This position will also provide day-to-day administrative and clerical support on employee services related issues and needs.ResponsibilitiesOversee daily operations within the Fitness CenterMonitor the Fitness Center to ensure proper use of the equipment and servicesCollaborate with Facilities and outside vendors in maintaining the upkeep of the Fitness Center and the equipmentFacilitate onsite and offsite sports leagues and group exercise programsFacilitate one on one fitness consultations and fitness center orientationsCoordinate fitness and recreation programs and initiatives within the Fitness CenterAccurately maintain records of fitness and recreation programs & initiativesRespond to employee and leadership inquiries through various methods; such as email, phone and instant messengerAssist in creating and facilitating team building activities to drive company objectivesAssist in the facilitation and coordination of all Fitness Center activitiesResearch and stay up to date with fitness and recreation trends to provide the best experiences for the employees participating in the employee services programs.Facilitate administrative work and additional operational tasks as needed
