Environment and Business ContextImplement Beeline for contingent workforce management, services procurement (SOW), and resource tracking.Initial deployment countries: GlobalAll business units in scope.Approximate worker population: 700 contingent workers.2. Requested ScopeSolution design and configuration of Beeline.Business process design and validation.Integration design and implementation.Data migration and data validation.System testing, integration testing, and UAT support.Report development and dashboard configuration.Go-live planning and deployment support.Post-go-live hypercare 3. Functional RequirementsRequisition management for contingent labor.SOW creation and lifecycle management.Worker onboarding and offboarding workflows.Time entry and approval processing.Expense management capabilities tied to engagements and purchase orders.Supplier invoice processing and approvals.Rate card management.Supplier management and supplier visibility.Worker lifecycle tracking.Standard and ad hoc reporting.Audit trail and compliance tracking.4. Integration RequirementsSSO authentication integration.Workday integration for user, organizational, location, and worker lifecycle data.Oracle integration for financial, invoice, cost center, requisition, and purchase order data.Automated inbound and outbound data feeds.Support for APIs and/or batch integrations as appropriate.5. Data Migration RequirementsMigrate foundational master data.Migrate supplier records.Migrate contingent worker records.Validate migrated data and reconcile exceptions.Provide migration strategy and cutover plan.6. Reporting RequirementsConfigure operational and executive reporting.Support spend, supplier, worker, requisition, SOW, invoice, and compliance reporting.Provide self-service reporting capabilities where available.7. Timeline ExpectationsClient to propose implementation timeline.Current benchmark is approximately 21 weeks to production deployment plus hypercare.Client should identify opportunities to accelerate delivery using existing knowledge of Client's systems and the environment.8. Existing Managed Services AssumptionsExisting governance and escalation processes are already in place.Dedicated program office resources are not required unless specifically justified.Long-term operational support should leverage the existing managed services agreement where possible.Any recommended additional roles should include business justification.9. Post Go-Live SupportProvide recommended hypercare approach of approximately 30-60 days.Identify any incremental support requirements not covered by the current managed services arrangement.Provide knowledge transfer to client and existing support teams.10. Vendor Response RequirementsImplementation approach.Project assumptions and dependencies.Proposed staffing model.Timeline and milestones.Pricing and payment milestones.Risks and exclusions.
