This role plays a key part in recruiting, onboarding, compliance, employee relations, and training initiatives.You will work closely with local teams as well as our corporate office in Omaha, NE to ensure consistent HR practices and support operational success across the organization.ResponsibilitiesReview applications and coordinate interviews with leadershipManage onboarding processes, including paperwork, drug screenings, DOT physicals, and background checksSupport EEO and/or Affirmative Action reporting requirementsCommunicate and enforce company drug and alcohol policiesConduct annual reviews and updates of driver files to ensure DOT complianceCoordinate benefit enrollment, distribute annual information, and confirm employee participationServe as a primary point of contact for employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefitsCoordinate company events including annual kick-off meetings, year-end events, and employee appreciation activitiesProvide guidance to management on company policies, compliance, and employment lawsLead employee retention initiatives and support positive employee relationsRequirementsBachelor's degree in human resources, Business, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)3+ years of relevant HR experience, requiredExperience with DOT driver compliance requirements preferredProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteWhy Join Mullens Markings Inc.?Join a growing company that values its employees, prioritizes safety, and invests in professional development.
