This full-time position offers the unique opportunity to design your practice around your professional goals within a premier, tech-forward environment, distinguished as one of the few HIMSS Stage VII facilities in the country.Responsibilities:Provide comprehensive surgical and non-surgical care for conditions affecting the hand, wrist, forearm, and elbowClinic patients per day: 30Call Rotation: 1:6Perform complex hand and upper extremity surgeries, including tendon repairs, nerve decompression (carpal tunnel), fracture fixation, and microvascular proceduresConduct comprehensive patient evaluations for chronic conditions such as arthritis, Dupuytren's contracture, and congenital hand differencesManage acute upper extremity trauma, including revascularization and replantation where applicableUtilize advanced minimally invasive and arthroscopic techniques for wrist and small joint proceduresRequirements:Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic SurgeryPossession of or eligibility for an unrestricted Indiana Medical License and CSR/DEA registrationDemonstrated proficiency in general orthopedic procedures and arthroscopic techniquesExperience with or aptitude for utilizing EPIC EMR and AI-assisted documentation toolsStrong interpersonal skills for collaborating with athletic trainers and physical therapistsBenefits:Highly competitive salary offers (negotiable MGMA guidelines)Contract bonuses off of RVU's and quality metricsSign-on bonus (negotiable)Medical/Dental/Vision insurance plans included403(b) opportunities including employer matchExceptional CME fundsLicensure reimbursement: license, CSR, DEA, Dues/SubscriptionsFlexible time off total of 6 weeks** Open to H-1B applicants who meet all federal requirements and possess an unrestricted Indiana medical license** Competitive compensation package aligned with current MGMA benchmarks; final salary is indicative and subject to adjustment based on the candidate's professional experience and qualifications
