Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Title Operations Manager. The Title Operations Manager will oversee and coordinate the daily operations of the title services team to ensure seamless execution of real estate transactions. Responsibilities include managing workflows, supervising team performance, implementing process improvements, maintaining compliance with regulatory standards, and managing relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders. The role will also involve tracking key performance indicators and handling complex issues to ensure a high-quality customer experience. Qualifications Strong knowledge of title operations, settlement processes, and real estate industry regulationsProven experience in team management, operational oversight, and workflow optimizationProficiency in organizational skills, time management, and multitasking in a high-pressure environmentExceptional communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skillsProficiency in technology tools and software associated with title and real estate servicesDetail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and compliance standardsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field is preferredPrior experience in title services, escrow, or real estate operations is highly desirable
