Facilitates recovery oriented educational and discussion groupsResponsible for the hiring and onboarding of Residential AssistantsTrains, coaches, evaluates, and supervises Residential Assistants.Conducts routine meetings with staff.Oversees work schedule for Resident AssistantsEducation And ExperienceHigh School diploma or GED required.
