Job SummaryWe are seeking a talented UI Developer to bridge the gap between graphical design and technical implementation. You will design and build responsive, visually stunning, and highly intuitive user interfaces for our web and mobile applications. Your primary mission is to translate complex wireframes into clean, high-performance code while advocating for exceptional user experiences.Key ResponsibilitiesFront-End Architecture: Architect and build scalable, reusable UI components and desktop/mobile layouts.UX/UI Translation: Convert design mockups and wireframes from tools like Figma or Adobe XD into functional code.Interactive Elements: Implement fluid animations, dynamic forms, and interactive visual features.Performance Optimization: Optimize applications for maximum loading speed, responsiveness, and device scalability.Cross-Platform Consistency: Ensure layout consistency, web accessibility standards, and seamless cross-browser compatibility.Team Collaboration: Partner with UX designers, product managers, and back-end web engineers to integrate server-side logic.Required Skills & QualificationsFoundational Tech: Expert proficiency in HTML5, CSS3 (including preprocessors like SASS/LESS), and modern JavaScript (ES6+).Modern Frameworks: Hands-on experience building production-ready applications using React, Angular, or Vue.js.Responsive Design: Deep understanding of mobile-first design methodologies and fluid layouts.Design Literacy: Strong foundational knowledge of UI/UX design principles, typography, and color theory.Development Tools: Familiarity with version control systems (Git), build tools, and front-end debugging extensions.Preferred QualificationsExperience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, NgRx).Knowledge of web accessibility guidelines (WCAG 2.1).
