If you're driven by bold ideas and a customer-centric mentality, your next adventure starts here!We are seeking a Technical Product Manager – Platform Architecture to own and drive the Platform Technology Roadmap, with a focus on building a scalable, reliable, and cloud-first platform foundation.This is a platform leadership role centered on long-term scalability, operational excellence, and customer-centric evolution of the product platform. The role shapes the underlying technology direction that enables sustained innovation across products.You will work closely with Engineering and Architecture to ensure the platform roadmap supports growth, reliability, and long-term innovation.Role FocusDefining and maintaining a clear, coherent platform technology directionEnsuring the platform scales efficiently as the business and supported use cases growEmbedding reliability, observability, and operational insight into the platformGuiding platform evolution in a controlled, customer-centric mannerDefining and driving success metrics and OKRs related to platform scalability, efficiency, reliability, integration readiness, and adoption of platform capabilitiesKey ResponsibilitiesPlatform Strategy & RoadmapOwn, maintain, and communicate the platform technology roadmapTranslate architectural initiatives into clear product priorities and measurable outcomesPartner with Engineering and Architecture to align platform design decisions with long-term strategyDefine and govern supported customer transition pathsEstablish clear platform standards and defaults in collaboration with technical leadershipEngineering PartnershipEnable shared services and automationReduce platform complexity over timeAlign new capabilities with the long-term platform directionGuide API governance, versioning approaches, and integration standardsSupport modernization initiatives and structured technical evolutionScalability, Reliability & Operational ExcellenceEnsure reliability, observability, and operational insight are embedded into platform decisions and roadmap prioritiesIncorporate SLOs, SLAs, and production performance metrics into roadmap trade-offsMonitor platform health metrics and drive continuous improvementEvaluate scalability and cost-efficiency considerations in cloud environmentsWhat Success Looks LikeThe platform scales predictably and efficientlyPlatform evolution is deliberate, well-sequenced, and customer-centricEngineering teams move faster with fewer platform-level constraintsPlatform success metrics show measurable improvement in scalability, efficiency, and reliabilityStakeholders have confidence in the platform roadmap and technical directionExperience & Skills Required7+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Solution Architecture, Platform Engineering, or Technical Product ManagementExperience owning platform, infrastructure, or technology roadmapsProven experience operating in cloud-native, distributed systems environmentsStrong understanding of distributed system design, including microservices and event-driven architecturesDeep knowledge of scalability strategies (horizontal scaling, partitioning, caching, asynchronous processing)Experience working with AWS, Azure, or GCPFamiliarity with Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as CodeExperience working with SLOs, SLAs, error budgets, and production reliability practicesUnderstanding of API design, versioning, and backward compatibility principlesAbility to assess architectural trade-offs and modernization strategiesAbility to operate effectively at both strategic and execution levelsStrong collaboration with Engineering and Architecture teamsClear communicator with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersOur Commitment to Diversity and InclusionJoin a company that believes in the added value of diversity, inclusion, and belonging.
