We are currently seeking an experienced Sr. Private Client Relationship Manager to join our Personal Lines team. In this role, you will manage a high-value personal lines book of business, serve as a trusted advisor to clients, and collaborate closely with internal teams to provide exceptional service and strategic risk guidance. Position OverviewThe Sr. Private Client Relationship Manager will own and manage a personal lines book of business while serving as a strategic partner to clients. This role plays an important part in supporting client retention, guiding renewal strategies, and identifying opportunities for growth within existing relationships. You will also collaborate with producers and internal team members to deliver thoughtful coverage solutions and ensure an exceptional client experience. Key ResponsibilitiesProactively manage and service a Private Client personal lines book of businessBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, insurance carriers, and vendorsGuide clients through complex policy renewals and insurance program reviewsAnalyze insurance programs and provide strategic coverage recommendationsPartner with Producers, Risk Managers, and Assistant Relationship Managers to support client needs and market strategies. Identify opportunities for account rounding, cross-selling, and organic growthPrepare renewal documentation, summaries, and coverage comparisons while ensuring accuracy within the agency management systemDelegate administrative tasks appropriately to support team efficiency. Stay informed on market trends, carrier updates, and industry best practicesProvide exceptional client service while ensuring deadlines and service standards are met. Support additional responsibilities as needed to contribute to team and organizational success. QualificationsValid Property & Casualty License8+ years of personal lines client service experience, preferably with high-net-worth or complex accounts Insurance industry designations preferred (CIC, CISR, ARM, AAI, or similar) Bachelor's degree preferred Strong knowledge of: Personal insurance coverages Underwriting practices Insurance marketplace trends Experience with Applied Epic and Microsoft Office SuiteCore CompetenciesStrong relationship-building and client service mindsetExcellent written and verbal communication skillsEffective time management and prioritizationCritical thinking and problem-solving abilities Self-motivated and able to work independently Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Work EnvironmentThis role is primarily performed in an office or remote work environment.
