Role: Associate Attorney – Civil Litigation (Automobile / Defense)Location: Remote (Georgia, USA)A well-established national law firm representing major automobile manufacturers is actively seeking a Civil Litigation Associate Attorney to join its growing team.This is a fully remote opportunity for Georgia-licensed attorneys with strong litigation experience who are comfortable managing high-volume caseloads and working in a fast-paced, client-driven environment.🔹 What You’ll Be DoingHandle defense-side civil litigation matters (automobile / product / warranty-related)Manage a high volume of cases across multiple clientsDraft pleadings, motions, and discoveryTake and defend depositionsAppear in court (remote and in-person as needed)Work closely with national clients and legal teams across jurisdictions🔹 What We’re Looking ForJD from an accredited law schoolActive license in Georgia (required)3–8 years of Civil litigation experienceExperience in automobile / insurance defense preferredAbility to manage multiple cases and deadlines simultaneouslyComfortable working in a billable hour environment (1800+ hours)Additional Southeast state licenses (FL, AL, TN, SC, NC) are a strong plus🔹 Why This Role?Fully remote flexibilityWork with major automobile manufacturersExposure to multi-state litigationHigh-impact, hands-on litigation roleGrowth within a nationally recognized firmGood Benefits Package
