Tired of inconsistent restaurant hours? Part time work available. Woodland Heights Assisted Living is a charming locally owned and operated Assisted Living Community with long term staff and management. We promote a supportive and appreciative environment for our residents and coworkers alike. Duties include cooking and plating meals, making minor texture modifications (pureeing and cutting up foods), prepping fruits, vegetables, kitchen cleaning. Employee is responsible for cooking and serving the dinner meal for approximately 55 residents. One Special is prepared for all resident with options for individual choices also available. Candidate must have experience cooking, be able to work quickly in an organized manner, be flexible and able to work independently while being supported by the dietary staff with ongoing training. A Food Handlers Certificate is required and can be easily acquired online. Background checks are required for all staff. Health, Vision and Dental Insurance is offered after 90 days of employment.
