This position will support a complex government client and will provide advanced endpoint engineering and escalation support in a modern enterprise environment. In this role, you will help manage endpoint architecture, advanced troubleshooting, and device lifecycle improvements across secure Windows environments.Work Location:Onsite – Work from one of our office locations.ClearanceMust be US citizen with the ability to obtain a Secret security clearance.Primary Roles And ResponsibilitiesServe as the senior escalation point for complex desktop and endpoint issuesManage endpoint technologies including Intune, Autopilot, and co-managed devicesDesign and support endpoint deployment, compliance, and configuration strategiesTroubleshoot advanced operating system, application, and hardware issuesSupport patching, policy enforcement, and endpoint security initiativesAssist with imaging, device provisioning, and lifecycle modernization effortsCoordinate with Service Desk and infrastructure teams on recurring technical issuesDocument engineering procedures, standards, and support artifactsRequired Education, Experience, & Skills:Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field, or equivalent experience3+ years of endpoint engineering or advanced desktop support experienceStrong analytical and troubleshooting skillsExperience in enterprise Windows environmentsMicrosoft Intune and Windows AutopilotMECM/SCCM co-management and device administrationWindows 11 enterprise support and configurationApplication deployment, endpoint compliance, and patchingIdentity and policy management in enterprise environmentsServiceNow or comparable enterprise support toolsPreferred Qualifications:CompTIA Security+Microsoft Endpoint Administrator certification or equivalentThe Perks of Being on Our TeamBenefitsApplyLogic offers competitive salaries with a robust Fortune-500 type benefits package.
