Job Summary:Provides leadership and coordination of unit staffing while ensuring implementation of clinical objectives and quality patient care. Job Responsibilities and Requirements: PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIESAssigns, directs, educates and monitors nursing and support staff during assigned shift.
