Who We AreArtmac Soft is a technology consulting and service-oriented IT company dedicated to providing innovative technology solutions and services to customers.Job DescriptionJob Title : Senior .NET FullStack Production Support LeadJob Type : W2Experience : 8 - 12 yearsLocation : Santa Clara, New Mexico (Onsite)ResponsibilitiesHands-on experience with Microsoft technologies: C#, ASP.NET, .NET 4.5+, MVC, Web API.Proficiency in front-end technologies: Angular, React JS, Node JS, Bootstrap, jQuery.Strong experience with SQL Server (2012 onwards) and MongoDB.Proven ability to handle production support tickets and manage technical challenges.Experience in problem management and application maintenance.Development experience for continuous improvement programs.Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.Handle production support tickets from L1 to L4 based on defined SLA metrics. Provide solutions for technical challenges and manage ticket resolution processes.Proven experience in production support roles with significant experience in Microsoft technologies.Strong background in managing production support teams and handling complex technical issues.Work with SQL 2012 onwards, including SQL stored procedures, and MongoDB. Handle database-related issues and optimizations.Participate in development initiatives aimed at continuous improvement and enhancement of applications and processes.Apply strong problem-solving skills to identify, analyze, and resolve issues in developed applications. Ensure adherence to production support and application maintenance processes (L2, L3, L4).QualificationBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, or a related field.
