Client Service Supervisor Job Overview The primary function of the Client Service Supervisor is to support and guide Confluence associates that perform essential client-facing tasks. Working closely with the Chief People Officer and Chief Operating Officer, the Client Service Supervisor ensures that clients receive outstanding service, provided by associates who understand the firm’s purpose and processes. The Client Service Supervisor will reinforce firm level training, policies and procedures and provide oversight to ensure that operations run smoothly, and associates effectively complete their tasks. The Client Service Supervisor will embody the firm’s Core Values: Do Right, Improve Everyday, Enjoy The Journey, and Be Grateful. Responsibilities Work at the direction of the Chief Operating Officer and leadership team to ensure operational excellence Effectively lead and manage all Client Service Associates to ensure clients receive outstanding service Implement strategy and goals, related to client service at the direction of the Chief Operating Officer Oversee processes to enhance client satisfaction Regularly review operational efficiency of individual associates and coach them toward continued improvement Ensure that the company processes are being implemented properly and conform to industry regulations and compliance standards Work with the Chief People Officer to effectively communicate and manage the client service team Other duties as assigned QualificationsBachelor’s degree in business administration, management, finance, or related field Excellent organizational skills Superior leadership abilities Strong communication skills, both oral and written Knowledge of financial services operations and processes, including client onboarding and trading preferred Strong familiarity with MS Office and general technology applications Previous experience in people management preferred 5 years of previous experience as a Client Service Associate, or other similar position at a wealth management firm preferred Job TypeFull-Time, ExemptSalaryFrom $70,000 Reports ToChief Operating Officer Work Location Travel between Pittsburgh/western PA area locations on a weekly basis (Pittsburgh, PA; Sewickley, PA; Grove City, PA; McMurray, PA) Benefits 401(k) w/ company contributionDental insurance Employee assistance program Health insurance Health savings account Life insurance (available for purchase) Paid time off Professional development assistance Vision insurance Volunteer time off Confluence Financial Partners values diversity in its hiring process and practices.
