Employment Litigation Attorney / Associate Attorney

Direct Hire. $150-$215k + bonus/benefitsOur client is looking for an attorney to represent employers in a variety of employment-related litigation, including wage/time violations, harassment, retaliation, discrimination, misclassification, and other similar employment-related issues.The right attorney will be interested in strengthening him or herself in the area of litigation and becoming a subject-matter expert on complex employment law.Requirements:A credentialed attorney with 3-8 years of experience.Licensed to practice law in the state of California.Proven litigation experience.Employment-law experience is a strong plus.Qualified candidates should submit a resume, cover letter, and a writing sample.Comp & Benefits:$150K-$215K + bonusHealth/vision/dental401kProfit Share planWe pay a $500 referral fee for any new referral who is successfully hired.
