This role focuseson teaching vocational skills, promoting independence, and supportingindividuals in meaningful work activities within a warehouse andproduction setting.If you enjoy working with people, teaching hands-on skills, and helpingothers succeed in the workplace, we will train the right candidates.**What Youll Do** Support individuals with vocational skill development in a warehouseand production environment Provide hands-on instruction with assembly, packaging, repacking,palletizing, and production tasks Assist individuals in safely using weigh scales and small industrialequipment, including glue guns, heat sealers, tape guns, industrialstaplers, bracket machines, and manual pallet jacks Operate a forklift to load, unload, and palletize materials Encourage independence, teamwork, and positive workplace routines Support individuals in achieving employment and personal goalsthrough coaching and skill-building activities Assist with community-based activities, employment groups, andrecreational opportunities as needed Complete daily documentation related to services and individualprogress Collaborate with supervisors and team members to provide qualitysupport and services Transport individuals to and from day program settings using companyvehicles (car, mini-van, or shuttle bus)**What We Offer** Health insurance, with optional vision and dental coverage(full-time employees) Vacation and paid sick leave for all employees 401(k) with company matching Company-paid life insurance and short-term disability (after 6months for full-time employees) Cell phone stipend Overtime opportunities Paid training and required certifications**About CTF Illinois**CTF Illinois is dedicated to helping people with intellectual anddevelopmental disabilities reach their full potential through the powerof **Communities That Transform Futures**.
