This full-time position offers the unique opportunity to design your practice around your professional goals within a premier, tech-forward environment, distinguished as one of the few HIMSS Stage VII facilities in the country.Responsibilities:Provide comprehensive outpatient and inpatient urological care including diagnosis, treatment, and surgical intervention Clinic patients per day: flexible Call Rotation: 1:4Perform a variety of urological surgeries utilizing advanced technology and robotic platforms as neededUtilize the EPIC EMR system and integrated AI tools to maintain precise and timely clinical documentationCollaborate with a multidisciplinary team of specialists and support staff within a paperless HIMSS Stage VII environmentDesign and grow a clinical practice that incorporates subspecialty interests such as oncology, robotics, or stonesEngage in continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and operational efficiencyMaintain active communication with referring physicians to ensure seamless care coordination across the regionAdhere to all hospital medical staff bylaws and regulatory requirements to ensure the highest level of safety and complianceRequirements:Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology requiredDegree from an accredited MD or DO programCompletion of an ACGME-accredited Urology ResidencyAbility to obtain an unrestricted Indiana Medical License and CSR/DEA registrationPrior experience with EPIC EMR preferredWillingness to utilize AI-integrated clinical documentation and predictive toolsProficiency in a paperless, high-informatics clinical environment (HIMSS Stage VII)Ability to perform a full range of general urological proceduresBenefits:Highly competitive salary offers (negotiable – MGMA guidelines)Contract bonuses off of RVU's and quality metricsSign-on bonus (negotiable)Medical/Dental/Vision insurance plans included403(b) opportunities including employer matchExceptional CME fundsLicensure reimbursement: license, CSR, DEA, Dues/SubscriptionsFlexible time off – total of 6 weeks** Open to H-1B applicants who meet all federal requirements and possess an unrestricted Indiana medical license **Competitive compensation package aligned with current MGMA benchmarks; final salary is indicative and subject to adjustment based on the candidate's professional experience and qualifications
