AI Engineer - AI Native ProductJoin a fast-growing Series B startup ($85M raised) building the AI-native platform redefining how modern revenue teams operateWe’re looking for a AI Engineer to help bring cutting-edge AI capabilities into production products. This role focuses on applied machine learning and AI integration, including prompt design, workflow orchestration, knowledge retrieval systems, and embedding AI into user-facing experiences. The emphasis is on building practical, reliable AI-powered features rather than developing or training foundation models.What You’ll DoBuild LLM-powered product features using prompt engineering, structured outputs, and tools.Build and iterate on RAG systems (chunking, embeddings, retrieval, prompt composition).Orchestrate multi-step AI workflows: agents, tools, memory, retries, fallbacks.Evaluate quality, latency, and cost - and continuously improve reliabilityWhat We’re Looking For3+ years building AI-driven or ML-adjacent product features.Strong hands-on experience with LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, or open-source).Solid Python skills and experience integrating AI into backend systems.Product-minded: you care about UX, speed, and real-world constraintsNice to HaveExperience building agentic systems with tools and memory.Familiar with vector databases and embedding models.Some exposure to fine-tuning or adaptersThis opportunity offers high ownership, fast execution, small team and big ambition.
