Senior Project Cost Accountant / Controller (Remote)

Perspective Consulting Studio, as part of it's recruitment services for it's clients, is currently looking for a Senior Project Cost Accountant / Controller to join a high-impact, large-scale initiative in the data center and AI infrastructure space.This is not a traditional accounting role — it’s a strategic finance position at the core of mission-critical construction projects, where financial discipline, visibility, and execution directly shape outcomes.You will be responsible for:Owning project cost accounting across multiple large-scale buildsDriving financial reporting, forecasting, and cost-to-complete visibilityPartnering with Project Controls, Procurement, and Finance leadershipBuilding and improving scalable, auditable financial processesWe’re looking for someone who:Has 7+ years in project/cost accounting, ideally in construction or infrastructureUnderstands WIP reporting, cost tracking, and forecasting deeplyBrings experience in high-growth, fast-paced environmentsIs highly analytical, structured, and hands-on(Preferred) CPA/CMA and exposure to $1B+ projects or joint venturesRemote (U.S.) — preference for Dallas–Fort Worth or Houston.
