Benefits Competitive pay starting at $27–$29/hour Excellent schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. (no weekends) Comprehensive benefits package with 85% of premium paid by the company Long-term career opportunity with growth potential Responsibilities Set up, operate, Edit and maintain manual and CNC lathes and milling machines Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions Perform precision measurements and inspections to ensure quality standards are met Read Calipers and Micrometers Troubleshoot issues and make adjustments as needed to maintain production accuracy Maintain a safe, organized, and clean work environment Collaborate with the team to meet production schedules and quality goals Qualifications 3+ years hands experience operating manual and CNC lathes and mills Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail Ability to read and interpret blueprints and precision measuring instruments Solid problem-solving skills with a commitment to quality and safety Dependable, team-oriented, and eager to contribute to a stable, growing company #INDDH
