Outpatient-only practice.Reason for Recruitment: Growing community need.1:4 phone call shared with internal medicine providers.Schedule: Traditional office hours: Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. or flexibility in non-traditional hours as well.All aspects of primary care for an adult population, including evaluation, diagnosis and treatment of patients in an outpatient setting; preparing and reviewing patient charts; prescribing medications; performing a balance of outpatient and inpatient procedures and surgeries; and providing appropriate follow-up after discharge.This is a Patient Centered Medical Home (PCMH) office, offering a variety of services.
