Request-ID: 71451-1Job Title: Claude Operations AnalystLocation: Tampa, FL - HybridDuration: 6 monthsSalary Range: $40.00 - $42.00/Hour on W2 (Without Benefits).Applicants must be willing to work on W2.Job Description:The Claude Operations Analyst supports the day-to-day operations of the Claude Enterprise across the organization. This role is the front line for user support, troubleshooting, onboard assistance, and documentation. You will work directly with partners, managing directors, and staff across the firm to ensure a seamless Claude experience — answering questions, resolving technical issues, and knowing when to escalate.This is a people-first, operations-focused role. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator who is comfortable on calls with senior leadership, can follow detailed procedures precisely, and brings a service-oriented mindset. Technical skills can be taught; professionalism, judgment, and communication skills are essential from day one.Key Responsibilities:Monitor and analyze Claude platform operations to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.Provide L1/L2 operational support, including troubleshooting issues and escalating complex problems when necessary.Collaborate with engineering, product, and support teams to streamline workflows and optimize platform performance.Support user onboarding and provide training materials or documentation as neededManage high-volume operational tasks while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide status updates and resolve operational challenges.Assist in the development and implementation of operational best practices and process improvements.Track operational metrics and generating reports to support data-driven decision-making.Qualifications:Experience in an operations analyst or similar support role, preferably in a SaaS or technology environment.Strong troubleshooting skills and technical aptitude, with experience in L1/L2 support layers.Ability to work efficiently in high-volume, fast-paced environments while maintaining quality.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approachFamiliarity with data analysis tools and reporting is a plus.Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes, including AI-related tools and concepts.Required Skills:Angular 13+.ASP.NET 4.5.Experience Required:Required 10+ years overall experience.Must Have 7+ years in Service Operations.Company Benefits & CultureInclusive and diverse work environmentOpportunities for professional growth and developmentComprehensive health and wellness benefitsAppreciate your quick response and please feel free to reach me out for any query you may have.Thanks
