Job Description SUMMARYThe Driller is expected to coordinate with Drilling Supervisor on all aspects of drilling. The Driller will assist on assuring that all work conforms to our quality standards, that client schedules are met, and that equipment is properly maintained. This is a full-time, non-exempted position.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS1. Follow Safety Manual Guidelines and work safely at all times2. In addition to performing and knowledge of drilling activities, the driller will work closely with drilling supervisor and clients to troubleshoot as needed.EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, AND SKILLS DESIREDValid Nevada Driver's LicenseUnrestricted Class A CDL is requiredWell license is requiredAbility to work safelyAbility to operate a manual transmissionGood physical condition with the ability to pass a baseline physical examMinimum 2 years High School strongly preferredAbility to study and learn Nevada rules and regulations for licensingMeets skill requirements and experience on drilling rigs as determined by Program ManagerCommunication skills and organizational skillsMechanical skillsWorks well with othersOSHA 40 hour, HAZWOPER, and MSHA Part 48B a plus
