Housekeeping Specialist - The Elson Longmont - Longmont, CO

Your RoleThe Housekeeping Specialist works in an assigned area and is responsible for keeping the area clean including but not limited to vacuuming, wet mopping, damp dusting and spot cleaning, and proper disposal of general trash and waste that may be infectious or hazardous.What You Will DoPrepares upcoming move-insKeeps track of supplies and equipment and notifies Maintenance Supervisor when low on materialsFollows all applicable safety procedures, policies and manufacture instructions Uses proper aseptic techniques and safety precautions in performing all unit dutiesMaintains a safe, clean environment with necessary supplies and equipmentCommunicates effectively with residents, families, co-workers and maintains a courteous professional mannerWhat You Will BringOne or more years of multifamily housekeeping experience preferred High school diploma or equivalent, preferableEffective verbal and written communication skills via all communication channelsFamiliarity with general and departmental safety requirementsAbility to lift tools, equipment and other items in the unit (approximately 30 lbs)Must be able to climb on and off ladders#IND1What We OfferGreat benefits, including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision, behavioral health and more) on the first of the month following 30 days of employment401(k) Savings Plan (4% employer match; 100% vested immediately)Company paid life insurance (1x base salary)Paid Time Off package with a carryover provisionTraining and career development opportunitiesCompany Apparel Store allowanceWho We AreDavis Development is a privately owned luxury apartment developer and property management company with 25+ years in the industry and a best-in-class reputation.
