What Will I Be Doing?
The Specialist Team Member Services enhances Team Member Experience by assisting Team Members and leadership with day-to-day support on various inquiries, issues, and questions while providing accurate and timely responses. This role will collaborate and support cross-functional teams to improve processes and outcomes with a focus on resolving issues in the most efficient and operationally sound manner.
ResponsibilitiesFacilitates intake of Team Member inquiries, issues, and questions as a first point of contact, with the aim of one-touch problem resolution
Sees issues through to successful resolution; involve and escalate to appropriate parties as needed
Provides accurate, timely, personalized, exceptional HR service to our Team Members that supports our industry-leading Inspired Hospitality model
Educates Team Members in navigating the organization, HR systems, and self-service options, enabling them to become self-sufficient and allowing them to focus on improved service delivery
Supports Team Members and HR partners in complex HR cases (related to employee relations, system access/accuracy, payroll discrepancies, LOA, etc.) that require escalated knowledge, in effort towards a one-touch resolution
Support Center of Excellence (CoE) initiatives by participating in CoE training sessions to stay updated on the latest policies, procedures, and practices. Apply knowledge learned to enhance the quality of TM support provided
Ensures consistency in the application and enforcement of policies and procedures
Participates in the due diligence process for complex TMR issues as requested

Completes all required Company training/compliance courses as assigned
Adheres to Company standards and maintains compliance with all policies and procedures
Performs other related duties as assigned
QualificationsTo fulfill this role successfully, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:
HS Diploma or equivalent
1-3 years of related experience
Possess proficiency in the various HR systems used to manage and/or enhance the Team Member experience
Possess working to proficient level knowledge of employment-related, state and federal regulations (EEO, INS, ADA, FMLA, ADEA, etc.)
Ability to quickly adapt to change and look for continuous improvements
Strong desire to deliver exceptional services through positive engagement and patience
Strong skills related to attention to detail, customer service, and working in a team environment
Agility to learn and implement new processes and software skills quickly
Effective communication with strong verbal and written communication skills
High level of integrity
Productive work habits to deliver results
It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
SHRM or HRCI certification
