Job Description Key Responsibilities: Deliver noninvasive general cardiology care, with opportunities to subspecialize Handle outpatient, inpatient, and shared call coverage Manage 20-30 patients per clinic day Primarily work at our main clinic (50%+ time), with rotations at two additional sites Cover two hospitals: Level 1 and Level 3 facilities Practice Highlights: Join 12 physicians (5 General, 4 IC, 2 EP, 1 VS) and 6 APPs Main clinic: 6,800 sq. ft., 9 treatment rooms, full diagnostics (echo, vascular, PET/CT) 24/7 interventional and cardiac surgery support Comprehensive cardiac rehab and imaging centers Dedicated MA per physician Schedule: 4.5-day work week, 7a-5p, Monday-Friday Flexible shared call with group Financial Package: Base Salary: $425,000-$450,000 (in training) / $450,000-$600,000 (in practice neg.) Productivity Bonus: wRVU Signing/Retention Bonus: $50,000 ($25,000 at start, $25,000 at 1-year) Partnership Track: After 3 years, eligible for partnership with profit-sharing and equity (forecasted income $550,000-$650,000+) Malpractice: Claims-made policy CME: $3,000 + 5 days (included in PTO) Licenses/Memberships: State license, DEA, and professional memberships (NICA, ACC, FMA) paid Benefits: PTO: 20 days (Year 1), 25 days (Year 2+), including 5 CME days Health: Cigna medical (HSA, OAP), dental, vision; employer covers 70%+ of employee-only premium Supplemental Insurance: Life, AD&D, disability, accident, critical illness, hospital indemnity (Mutual of Omaha/Cigna) Employer-Paid Life Insurance: $50,000 Retirement: 401k with 4% employer safe harbor match (Vanguard, 90-day exclusion) Why Join Us?
