We’re Hiring: Director of Training & Curriculum DevelopmentMcAfee Institute | Onsite Chesterfield MO | Full-TimeMcAfee Institute is entering a major growth phase, and we are looking for a high-level leader to help scale the future of intelligence, investigations, and law enforcement education.This is not a traditional instructor role.We are looking for someone who can help us build and lead the next generation of professional training and certification programs for:* law enforcement,* military,* intelligence professionals,* investigators,* analysts,* and corporate security leaders.The right person will help transform operational expertise into world-class educational experiences across:* online certification programs,* video-based instruction,* live webinars,* in-person training,* and future media/content initiatives.This role will work directly with executive leadership and play a critical role in shaping the future of McAfee Institute’s training division.What You’ll Be Responsible For:* Developing and updating certification curriculum* Recording professional video-based training lectures* Teaching live online and in-person courses* Improving instructional quality and student engagement* Assisting with curriculum modernization and scalability* Conducting research and helping evolve training standards* Supporting educational excellence across all programs* Helping build systems and structure around instructional delivery* Contributing to thought leadership and authority-building initiativesWhat We’re Looking For:We are NOT looking for someone who simply reads PowerPoints.We are looking for a real operator, educator, and leader.The ideal candidate:* has real-world operational experience,* communicates exceptionally well,* commands attention when teaching,* simplifies complex concepts clearly,* thrives on camera and in front of audiences,* and genuinely cares about developing professionals.You should have experience in areas such as:* intelligence,* investigations,* law enforcement,* military operations,* cyber investigations,* OSINT,* financial crimes,* threat analysis,* workplace investigations,* or related disciplines.Ideal Traits:* Strong executive presence* High-energy communicator* Exceptional teaching ability* Strong curriculum development mindset* Organized and detail-oriented* Mission-driven and proactive* Comfortable teaching both online and in-person* Able to think strategically and operationally* Strong ownership mentality* Calm and professional under pressureThis role is ideal for someone who wants to help build one of the leading training and certification organizations in the intelligence and investigations industry.Compensation:* $70,000–$140,000+ depending on experience and caliber* Performance and growth opportunities* Significant long-term leadership potentialOnsite preferred.
