ITSM Sr. Process Specialist Proactive Problem ManagerUnder minimal supervision, the ITSM Sr. Process Specialist Proactive Problem Manager will manage all activities in the lifecycle of proactive problem management. The Problem Manager is responsible for working with Process Managers and stakeholders to identify, analyze, and resolve the root causes of incidents to prevent future occurrences. This role requires a proactive approach to problem management, including the development and implementation of strategies to mitigate and eliminate recurring issues.
