This competitive advantage improves productivity and throughput while reducing energy and fuel consumption for customers worldwide.Your ResponsibilitiesCoordinate all aspects of facility goals and objectives in Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS).Successfully implement EHS programs and procedures.Conduct risk assessments. Manage corrective actions for areas of improvement.Promote team member engagement in identifying and resolving safety hazards.Ensure EHS regulatory compliance and complete required reports.Ensure compliance with Corporate EHS Policy and Directives.Monitor energy use and lead energy reduction projects.Monitor waste generation and lead waste reduction projects.Coordinate and/or facilitate all EHS training.Collaborate with Corporate EHS team and peers at other Parker divisions.Support and integrate EHS into business processes.QualificationsQualifications:Bachelor's Degree required, EHS discipline preferredStrong working knowledge of EHS regulations requiredAt least 3 years' experience in a manufacturing environtment is requiredMust be able to work independentlyExcellent written and verbal communication skills requiredAbility to work with people at multiple organizational levels requiredExperience in ergonomics and behavior based safety is desiredClosing StatementIn the Motion Systems Group, we play a pivotal role in applications that change our world.
