Description: As a Consumer Products Supervisor at Retail Rebel, you’ll be at the forefront of our consumer product departments overseeing Home Goods, Essentials, and Clothing sections, directly guiding a team of ~30 talented individuals, including Process Team Leads. This role is all about driving excellence and innovation in sorting, pricing, and processing, while cultivating a positive and productive work environment. Drive Operational Excellence: Ensure flawless execution of product processes, from health and beauty items to food and chemicals. Optimize Performance: Identify opportunities for improvement, drive productivity, and implement process enhancements. Champion Safety & Integrity: Maintain high standards for cleanliness, safety, inventory integrity, and asset protection. Execute with Precision: Oversee shift procedures, assist in training and supervising associates, and handle all aspects of process management. Communicate effectively: Clearly and effectively convey information and expectations. Foster Accountability: Take ownership, delegate wisely, and follow up diligently. Goal-Oriented: Focus on achieving and surpassing targets with a strategic mindset. Maintain a high standard of professionalism in all interactions. Requirements: Qualifications: High School Graduate or equivalent Minimum 2 years of leadership experience Retail experience with everyday essentials goods a plus Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to multitask Creative thinking Ability to display consistent professionalism WORKING CONDITIONS: Prolonged standing and/or sitting for duration of work shift. Varying indoor and outdoor conditions. Fast-paced environment; moderate noise level. Frequent bending, stooping, and kneeling Potential use of merchandise equipment such as box cutters, bin containers, two-wheel dollies, and pallet jacks.
