Responsibilities: - Greet and seat guests in a friendly and efficient manner - Take food and drink orders accurately and promptly - Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner - Provide excellent guest service, ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience - Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness of the dining area - Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate and timely food preparation - Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately - Maintain knowledge of menu items, daily specials, and promotions - Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines Qualifications: - Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment - Basic math skills for handling cash transactions - Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices We offer competitive pay rates, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for growth within our hospitality team.
