Accounts Receivable Specialist I (Provider Enrollment Administrative Assistant) Labcorp is seeking a remote Accounts Receivable Specialist I (Provider Enrollment Administrative Assistant) to join our team!Work ScheduleMonday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM EST (Some flexibility available)Job Responsibilities Prepare, maintain, and update reports and documents using Microsoft Excel and WordComplete provider enrollment and credentialing applications for multiple payors with accuracy and attention to detailCoordinate document signatures and facilitate communication between Directors and Vice PresidentsManage inter-office mail, document scanning, and secure handling of confidential materialsSupport departmental projects, including denial resolution activities and inventory trackingUtilize Adobe Pro and internal systems/portals for document management and data entryMaintain organized records and ensure timely completion of assigned administrative tasksMinimum Qualifications High School Diploma or GED equivalentMinimum 1 year relevant experience in healthcare administration, provider enrollment or credentialing, payer support, or administrative rolesPreferred Qualifications Knowledge of internal Labcorp billing systemsProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), Adobe Pro, and online portalsAdditional Job Standards Strong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to manage time effectively and meet strict deadlinesStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environmentApplication Window Closes: 6/8/2026Pay Range: $17.75 - $18.50All job offers will be based on a candidate's skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data.At Labcorp we have a passion for helping people live happy and healthy lives.
