Regional Vice President - Dialysis OperationsJoin to apply for the Regional Vice President - Dialysis Operations role at Innovative Renal CareOverviewWe're hiring a Regional Vice President of Operations to lead a multi-market network of 15+ outpatient dialysis clinics across Tampa Bay and Northeast Florida. This role is responsible for operational performance, compliance, team development, physician partnership, and strategic growth across both in-center and home dialysis programs. The Regional Vice President serves as the senior operational leader for the region, reporting to the Group Vice President and partnering closely with executive leadership, clinical leadership, and Medical Directors. This is a field-based role requiring regular regional travel, including overnight stays.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee daily operations across 18 dialysis clinics in Tampa Bay and Northeast FloridaLead, coach, and support Clinic Managers and Program Directors across in-center and home dialysis settingsProvide operational leadership across clinics multiple dialysis modalities, ensuring consistency, quality, and regulatory readinessBuild strong partnerships with nephrologists, Medical Directors, hospital systems, and referral sourcesOwn, monitor and improve KPIs, quality outcomes, regulatory readiness, and patient satisfactionManage regional P&L, develop budgets, and implement performance improvement plansCollaborate closely with Medical Directors to ensure clinical alignment and care qualityRecruit, coach, and develop high-performing teams to drive engagement and resultsEnsure full compliance with CMS, state, and federal regulationsWhat You'll BringBachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field, Master's preferred5+ years leading multi-site healthcare operations, including full P&L accountabilityDialysis, renal care, or nephrology experience strongly preferredExperience supporting both in-center and home dialysis programsDemonstrated success driving quality, compliance, operational performance, and growthStrategic leadership skills with strong communication and relationship-building capabilityAbility to travel up to 50%, including overnight staysBenefitsAt Innovative Renal Care (IRC), our comprehensive benefits program is a key component of our total compensation package.
