We are an Award-Winning IT Professional Services & Consulting firm HQ in Dallas, nearshore office in Costa Rica and have offshore offices in India.Job Title: PLC Engineer Work Location: Sacramento, CAProject Duration: 6+ Months (C2H)Work Mode: HybridDescription:The PLC Applications Engineer must be capable of writing PLC programs OIT programs, and software control descriptions for controlling various water and/or wastewater processes. Responsible for the analysis, design, programming, debugging and modification of programmable logic for such applications. Verify that all aspects of PLC & OIT functionality meet required project specifications and perform bench testing, shop testing, and troubleshooting during startup and post-commissioning. Ability and willingness to train and aid other programmers, along with assisting in the development of departmental best practices and standards.Qualifications:Write PLC operating program based upon control specification and/or industry standards to assure safe, reliable and optimal equipment operationWrite (publish) concise operating instructions detailing, control parameters and their effects under normal and failure conditionsProvide technical assistance (phone or jobsite) to verify and/or modify PLC programWork with various departments internally, along with consulting engineers, customers and end-users to assure proper system layouts and designsAnalyze and interpret existing programs and documentation to identify systems' requirements and project modificationsEnsure assignments and work schedules follow policy and proceduresAssist in the standardization of department programming practices and proceduresEvaluate current procedures and recommend changes to improve the efficiency of planning, documentation and execution of development activityFunction as technical leadership of projects and support larger scale projectsCommunicate effectively to a wide range of internal and external contactsAssist in training other employees on any aspect aboveProvide weekly content and job status reports used with scheduling tools.All other duties assigned.Thanks & Regards,MahiLead Technical Recruiter | Feuji, Inc105 Decker court, Suite # 850, Irving, Tx, 75062E: Mahi.v@feuji.comUSA | Costa Rica | India
