Brand Supervisor – IMC & Trade ShowsCompany: AiDot Smart HomeLocation: Shenzhen, China / Bentonville, ArkansasDepartment: Marketing – Brand CommunicationsReports to: Head of Brand Communications / Marketing DirectorAbout the RoleAiDot Smart Home is a global smart lighting company focused on bringing high-quality, innovative products to international markets through strong brand building and cross-border e-commerce.We are looking for a Brand Supervisor with a strong integrated marketing mindset, creative content capabilities, and hands-on PR/media experience to join our Brand Communications team. This role will play a key part in building brand awareness and influence in global markets, especially in the U.S.Key Responsibilities1. Integrated Marketing CampaignsPlan and execute integrated campaigns including product launches, e-commerce promotions, influencer/celebrity collaborations, product placements, NGO partnerships, and brand co-marketing initiativesCoordinate cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, on budget, and on target2. Global Trade Show Management (CES Focus)Lead end-to-end planning and execution of CES (Consumer Electronics Show) participation, including booth design, production, and on-site operationsManage logistics such as product shipping, team travel, media outreach, and event schedulingConduct post-event analysis and reporting to drive continuous improvement3. Product Marketing SupportOrganize and manage pre-launch product testing programs, gather user feedback, and support product optimizationDefine and articulate key product USPs and develop marketing materials such as review guidelines, messaging frameworks, competitive analysis, and FAQs4. Content Marketing ManagementLead creative production projects, including developing creative briefs and managing photo/video shootsOversee the production of high-quality visual and video assets aligned with brand positioning5. PR & Media RelationsBuild and maintain relationships with key media outlets, especially in the U.S. marketPlan and execute PR initiatives including product reviews, press coverage, and media collaborationsTrack and optimize performance metrics such as media placements, impressions, backlinks, traffic, and CPMDevelop and distribute PR materials including press releases, sponsored content, press kits, and story pitchesIdentify and apply for relevant industry and media awards to enhance brand credibilityQualificationsBasic RequirementsBachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, English, or related fields3+ years of experience in brand marketing, content marketing, PR, or integrated marketingExperience in smart hardware, consumer electronics, or cross-border e-commerce is a strong plusFluent in English as a working language, with strong writing and communication skillsCore CompetenciesSolid understanding of the full brand communication ecosystem: Product + Content + Campaign + PRHands-on experience with PR and media strategy, with a good grasp of the PESO model (Paid, Earned, Shared, Owned media)Strong content and storytelling ability, capable of independently developing creative briefs and messaging frameworksExperience with global trade shows such as CES or IFA is highly preferredTools & ResourcesProficient in tools such as Microsoft Office, MidJourney, Xmind, etc.Experience using media databases or PR platforms is a plusSoft SkillsHighly self-motivated with strong project management and multitasking abilitiesComfortable working in a fast-paced, results-driven, and cross-cultural environmentStrong sense of creativity, aesthetics, and brand storytellingNice to HaveOverseas study or work experienceFamiliarity with smart lighting, IoT, or smart home industriesExisting U.S. media relationships in smart home/consumer techValid U.S. visa (B1/B2) with availability for international travel (e.g., CES)
