REMOTE ROLE BUT Candidate should be in 50 mile radius of Nashua NHJob Summary:We are seeking an experienced and skilled Talent Acquisition Early Career/College Recruiter to join our team on a contract basis.As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for managing a high volume of requisitions across all areas of our business in the Electronic Systems sector.The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in high-volume recruiting, with a strong ability to build relationships with hiring managers, develop effective recruitment strategies, and attract top talent to our organization.Key Responsibilities:• Manage a large portfolio of high-volume requisitions across multiple business areas, ensuring timely and efficient recruitment processes• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent, including leveraging social media, job boards, and other recruitment channels• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs, provide guidance on recruitment best practices, and ensure that all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the recruitment process• Source, screen, and select candidates for interviews, ensuring that all candidates meet the requirements of the role• Coordinate and conduct interviews, assessments, and other evaluation activities as needed• Develop and maintain relationships with colleges, universities, and other recruitment partners to build a pipeline of qualified candidates• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including EEO and affirmative action requirementsSkills Required Requirements:• At least 2 years of experience working in high-volume recruiting, preferably in a similar industry or sector• Proven track record of success in managing a large number of requisitions and achieving recruitment goals• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, laws, and regulations • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and provide insights to stakeholders• Proficiency in recruitment software and technology, including applicant tracking systems (ATS) and candidate management systemsExperience Required At least 2 years of experience working in high-volume recruiting, preferably in a similar industry or sectorEducation Required Bachelors degree preferred
