Load Builder/ Racking- 2nd shift Location: Carol Stream, IL, 60188 Job Description: We are seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to join our team as a Load Builder/ Racking in Carol Stream, IL. The primary responsibility of this role is to build and assemble customer orders for delivery. This includes selecting and stacking materials on pallets, organizing and maintaining inventory in the warehouse, and ensuring orders are accurate and complete. Responsibilities: Read and interpret work orders to determine materials needed for each order Select and gather materials from designated locations in the warehouse Stack and secure materials on pallets according to order specifications Operate forklifts and other equipment to move materials as needed Maintain a clean and organized work area Assist with inventory management and cycle counts Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Prior experience in a warehouse or construction environment preferred Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods of time Forklift certification is a plus Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent communication and teamwork skills
