Together, we are EXP.Are you ready to design your future?Be our next CEI Senior Inspector in the Fort Myers, FL area.What a day at EXP has in store for youDocument all activities on site during duration of the contract and prepare inspection reports.Oversee, document, review, and assess contractor's compliance with contractual requirements.Review construction documents and drawings in order to minimize issues and to reduce the potential for extra work orders during construction.Take accurate and detailed measurements of all work performed by the contractor to ensure accurate payments.Assist the Project Administrator with the review of contract submissions (critical path schedules, RFI's etc)Assist the project Administrator with staff scheduling/coordination.Attend progress meeting and provide feedback on ongoing construction and issues.Supervision of Junior inspector.Inspection and testing of soils, concrete, steel and masonry materials for road and bridge projects.
