This position is fully remote and can be based anywhere in Canada.Job Responsibilities Include:Lead requirements gathering and workshops with Business stakeholdersDevelop clear business requirements, Epics, User stories, process maps, and functional specificationsWalk through Business recommendations across diverse teams and get consensus on solution roadmapSolely own Product Backlog for end-to-end Product development from both Business andtechnical solution stand pointHands-on experience working in SAFe and Scrum frameworkAct as a liaison between business units, project manager, Technical and Testing teamSupport project planning, business cases, risk assessments, and implementation activitiesAnalyze current-state processes and recommend improvements aligned with organizational standardsPrepare clear documentation, reports, and presentations for a wide range of audiencesEnsure compliance with relevant policies, privacy requirements, and accessibility standardsBuild effective relationships and manage expectations among internal and external stakeholdersBasic Qualifications:5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in complex, multi-stakeholder environments5 years of strong skills in requirements gathering, process mapping, and translating business needs into clear documentation5 years of experience in Agile, SAFe framework5 years of experience in Jira, Confluence, Lucid Chart/Visio5 years familiarity with project management and support Scrum master in Sprint/Release metricsDemonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams, including technical and non-technical stakeholdersExcellent communication, analytical, facilitation, and problem-solving skillsPreferred Skills:Experience on Shopify, Retain B2B and any testing frameworksAbout NTT DATA:NTT DATA is a $30 billion trusted global innovator of business and technology services.
